Box colors and designs differ from ornament to ornament based on the paper I have available at the time. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom orders cannot be returned. Original shipping costs will not be refunded on any order. Shipping All ornaments are carefully wrapped, boxed and packaged for full protection while shipping. In-stock items will ship in 1-3 business days. Custom orders will ship in 7-10 business days depending on the order and what materials are needed to design your piece. The post office gives an estimated shipping time-frame of 2-5 days for First Class Mail, and 2-3 days time-frame for Priority Mail. A tracking number is provided to you via email so you can track your order.
